The new book by Chicken Soup for the Soul, Miracles Happen, features our very own Straw – “The Miracle Mare”!!!

Amazing week here at Spring Reins of LIFE! Look what arrived today in the mail! Advance author copies of the NEW Chicken Soup for the Soul’s book “Miracles Happen” featuring Straw! She will be “autographing” a select number of copies to sell as a fundraiser. Here Straw is checkin out her new book! More to come (copies will be available to public on 2/4/14)! Check back with us shortly as we will have the special autographed copies soon!

Advance “author” copies arrived in the mail on 1/10/14 (20 copies).

SPECIAL FUNDRAISER! – “Miracles Happen” by Chicken Soup for the Soul ~ Featuring our very own STRAW! Straw has a chapter in this edition of Miracles Happen called “The Miracle Mare” (page 27).

Spring Reins of Life 501c3 is able to purchase copies from CSFS / Simon & Schuster at a discounted rate. We are then asking Straw for her cooperation to sign these copies with her “hoof-o-graph”. There will be a limited number available depending on how many books she feels like signing. It is actually very difficult, or near to impossible to force this mare to do anything she doesn’t think is a good idea! Straw has no hardship in expressing her likes, dislikes and opinions, and we respect that. So as long as she is willing to put her hoof-print on to the books, we will have them available for purchase. Miracles Happen retails for $14.95. Straw hoof-o-graphed copies are on sale via our website (PayPal, check or money order) for $30.00 plus S&H. From each book sold we will cover the cost of the book, donate $5.00 to The Straw Fund and the rest will be divided equally to programming costs for both At Risk Youth and PTSD Veterans.
